InkNpack reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this section periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Client Satisfaction Is Our Priority

At InkNpack, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging and printing services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us with your order details.

Our quality control team will review your concern and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. However, there are certain exceptions related to file submission and shipping for which InkNpack cannot be held responsible, as outlined below.

File Submission Responsibility

InkNpack is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in submitted files
  
  
• Low-resolution or poor-quality images
  
  
• Design or selection errors made during file upload
  
  
• Incorrect product selection (size, material, finish, or quantity)
  
  
• Duplicate orders placed by customers
  
  
• Incorrect specifications or image orientation
  
  
• Color variations without a hardcopy proof
  
  
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect files
  
  
• Faulty files submitted for die-cutting, folding, scoring, or similar services
  
  

Shipment & Delivery

InkNpack is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  
  
• Undeliverable packages or third-party courier issues
  
  
• Product damage after delivery to the customer
  
  

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover shipping claims. If products are lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, we may offer a reprint. In some cases, we may request the return of original items before issuing a reprint or refund.

We are not responsible for quality issues reported after the estimated delivery time or for incomplete items reported late.

Payment Conditions

All prices listed on InkNpack.com are in USD. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges, including shipping, taxes, and processing fees.

Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified unless notified in advance. Full payment must be received before production begins.

Color Accuracy Disclaimer

InkNpack strives to achieve the closest possible color match based on the files provided. However, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to ink limitations and printing processes.

We offer up to a 90% color match guarantee. If the result falls below this standard, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. Orders placed without a hardcopy proof are not eligible for free reprints.

Design Files & Content Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted artwork. Please proofread all files before submission and ensure compliance with applicable mailing guidelines.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You own or have rights to use the content
  
  
• The content does not violate copyright, privacy, or intellectual property laws
  
  
• The content does not promote violence, hate, or explicit material
  
  

InkNpack reserves the right to refuse printing any inappropriate or unlawful content.

Production Time

Production time begins after:

• Order placement
  
  
• File submission
  
  
• Final artwork approval
  
  

Orders approved before 6:00 PM will be processed the same business day. InkNpack does not operate on weekends or major holidays, which are excluded from turnaround time.

Shipping time is separate from production time and may vary based on the selected delivery method.

Shipping Terms

InkNpack is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Production time must be added to shipping transit time to estimate total delivery duration.

Mailing Services

Customer mailing data is used strictly according to provided instructions and is never sold to third parties.

InkNpack will correct mailing issues caused by printing errors. Address changes must be communicated before production begins. Additional handling fees may apply for multiple shipment boxes.

Miscellaneous

• No refunds will be issued once production has started
  
  
• InkNpack may use product images for marketing purposes
  
  
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between InkNpack and the customer
  
  
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain enforceable
